Success at Irish Pension Awards

  • Irish Life Investment Managers awarded Property Manager of the Year and Passive Manager of the Year

  • Setanta Asset Management awarded Equities Manager of the Year

Irish Life has claimed three top accolades at the recent Irish Pension Awards, held in association with European Pensions. Irish Life Investment Managers won the prestigious title Property Manager of the Year and Passive Manager of the Year awards, while Setanta Asset Management won the Equities Manager of the Year award.
 
The Property Manager of the Year title was awarded to Irish Life Investment Managers as it proved to be leader in the field of property investment, showing innovation in its product offerings and displaying excellence and consistency in its management of this exciting asset class.

The Passive Manager of the Year award was presented to Irish Life Investment Managers in recognition of its true understanding of the needs of its clients, demonstrating strong returns and providing excellent customer service, which Irish Life Investment Managers take great pride in.

Setanta Asset Management came up against some of the industry’s leading asset managers to secure the Equities Manager of the Year Award. This award celebrates the manager who has led the way in managing equity portfolios for its clients over the past 12 months and has added significant value to the funds it manages on behalf of Irish pension funds.

The Irish Pension Awards, now in its seventh year, aims to give recognition to those pension funds and providers who have proved excellence, professionalism and dedication to maintaining high standards of Irish pension provision and fund management. The 2018 judges were drawn from across Ireland’s pension sphere including pension providers, industry bodies, consultants, financial services and pension representatives from various Irish pension and financial associations.
